Okay, telefonul este foarte bun, așa cum au spus și ceilalți recenzori, îl am de pe 19 februarie, atunci costa cu 200 de euro mai puțin. Concurează ușor cu telefoanele din seria 23 și orice flagship dorești. Singurul problemă întâlnită a fost că, într-o zi, din senin, nu mai aveam difuzor. Am încercat totul, am schimbat chiar și bateria în final, nu doar pentru difuzor, ci și pentru că sunt un utilizator neîndemânatic în general și era necesar. Difuzorul nu s-a reparat niciodată, am încercat totul. Chiar și așa, am preferat să cheltuiesc 200 de euro pentru a păstra acest telefon mai mult timp în loc să cumpăr unul nou. A mai durat încă 1,5 ani de atunci. Desigur, încă nu am difuzor și folosesc alarma de pe vechiul meu telefon. Dar acum este timpul să spun adio și să trec la Asus Zenfone 10. Dacă Huawei ar avea încă serviciile Google, nici măcar nu m-aș gândi la asta, dar toți știm că nu le are. Sunt bucuros să văd că valoarea acestui telefon este încă mare. Merită. Patru stele totuși, deoarece am primit un dispozitiv defect cu difuzorul.

In 2021, the mobile phone is still competitive. In 2019, it was possibly one of the top 5 mobile phones, if not the best.
The camera is still top-notch, the speeds are still very high, the battery is okay, and the speaker is quite good.
I bought the phone for 250 euros, so I definitely don't regret it, but for 2021, I don't know if it's worth 450 euros. Photos evolve every year on mobile phones, as do speeds, batteries, and screens.
For 450 euros in 2021, I can find something better, but for 250 euros (for me and in general), it was a one-way street.
Anyone who bought it in 2019 and still has it today and has the ability to compare mid-range Plus category mobile phones (based on price and brand, of course) can understand that it still performs perfectly, but they can definitely get a better one (as it is obvious).
I gave it a 4/5 in 2021 for 450 euros.
In 2019, the mobile phone was consistently rated 5/5 in terms of material quality, sound, price, speed, photography, screen, battery, weight-size, and possibly other things I forget to mention.

I was looking for a mobile phone to replace my old Sony XZ1. I wanted it to be as convenient to hold and have superior features compared to mid-range mobile phones. My first choice was the Xiaomi Mi 10T, but it was rejected due to its size, as well as some other options (LG G8S ThinQ, Samsung S10, Sony Xperia 5..). In the end, I settled on the P30 and after 4 months of use, I believe I made the best choice. It sits just as comfortably in my hand as the XZ1, but with a larger screen and very satisfactory image quality. The Kirin 980 and 6 GB of RAM perfectly cover my performance needs as the phone doesn't lag anywhere (I don't have an opinion on gaming as I'm not involved). Its camera is impeccable, especially in low-light conditions. Call and wifi quality are also excellent. Battery life, according to my own comparison measures, is moderate to good, and the fast charging is a plus. Its speaker is average, especially when compared to the XZ1's dual stereo speakers. Yes, I would like it to have stereo speakers, IP65 and IP68 certification instead of IP53, and the ability to use regular Micro SD cards for memory expansion, but at a purchase price of 430 euros, I can only be satisfied with my choice.

I have had the phone for 4 months. Overall, I am satisfied and it is worth the money. Here are the pros and cons according to my experience and usage:

+ Screen resolution, screen-to-body ratio, brightness, and viewing angles are excellent in my opinion. It is very comfortable and great for Netflix compared to my previous phone.

+ Camera. I am not a professional photographer, but the camera on a mobile phone is important to me as an amateur. I am very satisfied. The photos are very good, clear, and the ultra-wide lens is very useful. The camera's AI does a good job recognizing different scenes and objects and adjusts accordingly. The AI also performs well in low-light conditions. There is a significant difference between night mode and regular mode. The video quality (4K) is satisfactory at 30fps.

+ Processor/speed. It does not lag in browsing, social media, and multitasking. I do not play demanding games, so I cannot comment on that. However, the games I have played run smoothly.

+ Super charge. It charges extremely fast. I don't have to worry about forgetting to charge it overnight.

+ Speaker. It is quite loud in my opinion. The sound is clear and the bass is satisfactory. Dolby Atmos helps a lot with movies/videos/music. It would be even better if it had stereo speakers.

+ Software. I have been a fan of Emui for years. It is well-designed, easy to use, and has no unnecessary features. The small details and conveniences have been very helpful to me personally. The multitasking is excellent, and I love the desktop mode when connected to a TV. The face ID is very fast. After the latest upgrade to 10.1, Emui is even better with various additions and features.

As for the negatives, I don't have much to say.

- In-screen fingerprint. Personally, it did not work well for me. It did not unlock even after 3 attempts. After that, the phone locks and you have to try again after 30 seconds. I prefer using the passcode or face ID.

- Battery. Initially, it was not bad at all. I could easily go through a day of normal usage and it would be around 30% remaining. However, after the upgrade to 10.1, it drains faster with minimal usage. I read that many users have this issue after the upgrade, so I hope it will be fixed soon with a new update.

In summary, I am very satisfied with the value for money. This is the second Huawei phone I have purchased. I was very satisfied with the previous one as well, which is why I chose to buy Huawei again. The reason I needed to change phones was due to low storage space, not because something went wrong with the previous one. I highly recommend it!

Approximately 2 months after purchasing this specific mobile phone, I will comment on my own usage experience as well as the impressions it has left on me.
First of all, the purchasing criteria I was looking for in a mobile phone were 1. battery life and 2. nighttime photography.
It fulfills both of these characteristics and more. I charge it every day and a half (for example, Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Thursday morning, etc.) with variations in usage, sometimes more and sometimes less, and my main activities include Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, browsing, Spotify, and YouTube.
As for the cameras, I will speak as a regular user. The truth is that they take excellent photos, with very good resolution and vibrant colors. The same applies to the macro and ultra-wide lenses. The night mode is decent. If someone wants something more, they should search further.
The AMOLED display is also very vibrant with vivid colors and deep, true black.
The processor has not lagged at all during the time I have had it, and it manages the background applications very well for efficient consumption.
The facial recognition sensor is lightning-fast, even in complete darkness, as long as the screen emits enough light to recognize you. The fingerprint sensor is also very fast. Personally, sometimes it doesn't work on the first try, so it seems like I'm not doing something right.

Well, the mobile is really amazing. It's perfect in all its aspects. Firstly, it has a wonderful screen resolution and its battery never seems to run out, plus it has super-fast charging. Its speaker is the best, with crystal clear sound and high volume. The camera is very good, but it requires some exploration to fully utilize it. It has frequent updates that greatly improve it and solve any existing problems. The front camera is the best I have seen, and it never lags no matter what I do. It can play all games on ultra graphics. The only negative thing I noticed is that it gets quite hot during charging and heavy gaming. Other than that, it is definitely worth the purchase, truly the best value for money.

Update: After 2 years and 3 months of having it, I can say that I am very satisfied with this mobile. The battery has definitely decreased, which is normal, but it still lasts me a day with the usage I give it, everything except games. Needless to say, it still doesn't lag at all even today, but I take general care of it. I bought it for 400 euros, and shortly after I bought it, it dropped to 320, but that's another bitter story. It was definitely worth its money. It's a shame that the company has declined so much, it used to be the best. Now, without Google services, it's not good, unfortunately, guys. I believe I will keep it for another year, maybe two, at most.

Coming from the Honor 10, I would like to say that the difference is huge. (And I bought both phones at almost the same price). I will start with the appearance. The appearance is, if not the most beautiful on a mobile phone, one of the most beautiful on mobile phones, as I have the device in Breathing Crystal, it not only displays the colors shown in the images but also others as it reflects with light. There is a curved aluminum frame on the sides, while the top and bottom edges are straight, and personally, I really like it. With glass on the front and back, the feeling is amazing. Now, the OLED screen is good with nice vibrant colors, it shows almost absolute black, not gray and stuff, and it is 6.1 inches... What else do you want. Well, the processor is great for multitasking, no need to discuss it, it goes like a rocket. (Those who want to make their phone even faster will have to become developers and tweak the animations). The camera has left me speechless, guys, we are talking about quite accurate photos with true colors. The zoom is amazing, I can see up to x5 very clearly, and the x30 is good as long as you have good lighting for it. The only thing that "bothers" me is the portrait mode, which makes things a bit unreal, and the aperture that slightly changes the colors, but this is due to the software. In videos, I would like to have better stabilization. Moving on to the battery. Since I am a teenager, I use the phone a little more than average, like most teenagers compared to adults. I promise you, the battery is a beast. I charge it every one and a half days with slightly above average usage, like YouTube, a bit of PUBG, photos, social media, etc. It drains slowly and charges quickly, I really don't know how Huawei does it. The speaker is quite good, loud, with good bass, but I miss the stereo that should be on the P30, come on Huawei, it's high-end. And the earpiece is loud, you won't have any problems. The only problem I face with the device is the fingerprint sensor. Guys, it rarely works on the first try, at least the second or third try, and sometimes it requires a passcode. I don't know if it's my fingers, but it doesn't satisfy me. You have to place it exactly on the frame for it to work, it doesn't work if it's crooked or slanted for me. Don't use Face ID, it's 2D and not secure. In short, the phone has nothing to envy in terms of flagship changes from other companies, I repeat, it's a beast and it won't disappoint you at these prices. And if you're thinking about what to do with Google, because I was thinking about it too, get it out of your mind, Huawei provides security... I give it a 4 only because of the fingerprint sensor

I have been the owner of this mobile for 2 days now. Even in this case, where the mobile is still learning about you and it takes about 10 days for it to adjust (i.e., battery, etc.), the words are specific and not many. In its category, and since Huawei releases 3 mobiles in each series, it is the best purchase I have made for 350 euros, and let me explain why. In terms of software, the device is amazing. You have nothing to worry about regarding the 128 GB and 6 RAM. These features are not there just for aesthetics, but they truly give the mobile the air it deserves. Beyond that,
1) The battery could be slightly larger, but obviously with 6 RAM and the photographic details of Leica, the device is a step above.
2) For those who ask about the lack of Image Stabilization, etc., almost all mobiles nowadays have some minimal stabilization, mainly for videos. Here, the P30 has a very decent Image Stabilization, and it is really more than good for the average user. For more specific use regarding videos, I believe you should switch to the P30 Pro.
3) Camera. Words are unnecessary. But I consider the x30 zoom to be truly irrelevant.
Night Vision: the best you will see out there, as it truly captures all the light around and places it within the photo. Exceptional, but obviously do not expect crazy resolution in photos in night mode, as the lens tries to give the impression of the existing light around you in the photo, so it does not focus on the best resolution.
4) Decent selfie, but only to a certain extent.
5) AND MOST IMPORTANT: We judge the mobile based on its overall functionality and not solely on whether it takes good videos and photos, as the software that Huawei currently combines is extraordinary compared to the American ones. If you are looking for a mobile that only takes perfect photos and videos, you can spend a little more money and switch to a DSLR Camera to be fully covered.

Generally, I don't leave reviews for products, but for the most value for money mobile, I can't not write something about it. I've had it for almost 4 months and the initial excitement that always happened with other phones doesn't seem to go away. I remember I extensively researched back then to see which phone is worth more for this price (450) and above. Well,
Battery: Unbelievable. I charge it once a day from 40 to 80 (battery tips) approximately and I use it heavily with social media, online games(:P), Spotify, GPS, open synchronizations, etc. You easily understand that it lasts for a full two days from 100 to 0.
Camera: I'm not a big fan of the camera hype in today's phones because if you want a professional one, you simply get one. However, it is magical. Both day and night. In zoom, in videos, in many ways. With many tricks and settings. You need to have the desire.
In comparisons with my friends' iPhones and Samsungs, we all chose the P30 as the winner.
Screen: Also magical, but maybe the only thing where it falls behind the Samsung S10 (whose resolution you have to decrease so it doesn't drain your battery in 1 hour), not to mention that our eyes can't perceive the differences. It has transparency from the factory and I emphasize this because I see some comments calling it glass. I put my own regular glass to be safe.
Software: I won't even mention if it lags or not. It's unnecessary. I will only mention that it has tools like the blue light filter, screen record, and others that in other devices you download silly apps from the store. It also has perfect usage tips for battery, cache usage, etc. In general, EMUI is very smooth and doesn't have many unnecessary things like Xiaomi's MIUI.
Device: I always gave a lot of importance to the appearance of a phone. Well, it's the best. The screen covers the entire front even though it's 6.1 inches. The minimal bezels make it very elegant and you can handle it comfortably with one hand. For example, I didn't want to go for bigger ones like the P30 Pro because I don't see the point of a bigger screen on a phone. Anyway. The colors are perfect, as well as the position of the cameras, but I won't continue because that's a matter of taste.
Miscellaneous: The face unlock is the best I've encountered. It even works in the dark with the device's little light. The fingerprint is also fine. You just need to register your fingerprints correctly.
It also has many tips and tricks that you can find on YouTube or elsewhere, and your life will become much easier. Very much! For example, it can show you how many calories the food you're eating has, translate texts for you, or find a piece of clothing you're taking a picture of on the internet.
Finally, it has and will continue to have Google services and updates, something that the new P40 doesn't have due to trade issues, you know.

In general, everyone has their own priorities when choosing a mobile, but the features of the P30 won me over even compared to more expensive phones.

The fingerprint is very average, I mean the touch of the mobile has vibration, it does not respond several times, and I have an issue with static electricity on the screen. I suspect it's the mobile case, but after 5 days without it, the problem continues.

Then the mobile went to service three times!
1st service: battery and screen replacement! Although I asked for device replacement, which never happened, and the problem was not fixed.
2nd service: the screen protector was responsible, which was factory-installed. The protective screen was replaced, but after the replacement, new white silicone, glue or some adhesive material appeared around the rear camera - the conclusion is yours. I was asked to pay 4 euros for shipping! Luckily, I decided to pick it up from the service center myself, and as soon as I opened the mobile, it started freezing again, so it stayed there for another week, then episode 3 followed.
3rd service: software upgrade, and what did they do? They restored it to factory settings - very scientific. Upon receiving the device, everything was fine, but after three hours, it started freezing again. But luckily, the 2nd service succeeded, and the static electricity disappeared from the front and back, although I lost my electric vacuum cleaner :) and the touch of the screen responds almost immediately, not always, but it's something! And after a few days, some updates were installed, and the mobile became stable. For all these things I'm telling you, there is video footage, photographic material, and conversations with the official representative... So, next Monday, I will proceed with a complaint to the consumer ombudsman to get a device replacement as the law specifies, in order to avoid future problems that may cause me anxiety. I forgot to mention that the store where I bought it told me they are responsible for the first 7 days - what a joke :) Whoever is interested, read the Civil Code Law No. 3043/2002.
