Received a faulty one, but got a replacement free of charge. As described. Very helpful tool to get to smallest cracks of my mouse and keyboard.
The tool to remove key-caps is for mechanical keys, not for laptops. Just putting this here, since I've seen other sites complain about how the tool is breaking their laptop keys, when it is not meant for them.
