Filter and impurity cleaning:
Cleaning the R146DY106 separator is easy and can be done without interrupting system operation:
- Impurities settle at the bottom of the device during operation
- Open the drain valve – impurities are removed
- Close the valve – the cycle returns to normal operation
- For deep cleaning (optional):
- Turn off the installation
- Place it upside down
- Remove and clean the metal mesh
- Reinstall the mesh and tighten the cover
Installation:
- Installed on the return pipe (between consumer and boiler)
- Placed only on horizontal pipes, in a vertical position
- Not installed with the valve facing upwards or horizontally
- Requires free space for maintenance
- Installation by specialized personnel is recommended
Operation:
- The heat transfer fluid enters the impurity separator and slows down
- Solid particulate impurities are retained by the metal mesh
- Impurities accumulate at the bottom of the device
- They can be easily removed via the drain valve
- The operation is mechanical, without electronic components, ensuring durability and reliability over time
